Water-based industrial paint has its own requirements for the environment during construction, mainly including:
1. Before painting, remove the oil, rust, old paint and other dirt on the surface of the substrate to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry.
2. Grinding the grinding wheel to remove the weld bead, spatter on the workpiece surface, and the hardened layer of the pyrotechnic correction part. All gas-cut, sheared or machined free-edge sharp corners shall be ground to R2.
3. Sandblasting to Sa2.5 level or power tool cleaning to St2 level, and construction within 6 hours after sandblasting.
4. It can be constructed by brushing and spraying. The paint should be stirred evenly before painting. If the viscosity is too high, an appropriate amount of deionized water can be added, and the amount of water should not exceed 10%. Stir while adding to ensure uniform paint solution.
5. Maintain good ventilation during construction. Construction is not recommended when the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C or the humidity is greater than 85%.
6. It is not allowed to construct outdoors in rainy, snowy and foggy weather. If it has been constructed, the paint film can be protected by covering it with a tarpaulin.
